These terms apply to website development services provided by Local Grow. By enquiring about or commissioning a project, you agree to the terms below.
Minor revisions after delivery are included. Larger changes, new pages, or additional features beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.
The 40% advance is non-refundable once development work has started, as it covers planning and initial build time. Refund requests made before work begins will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, logos) needed to complete the project, and for owning any domain or hosting the site will be deployed to, unless otherwise agreed.
Websites are delivered as agreed based on discussed requirements. Local Grow is not liable for losses arising from third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways) used alongside the delivered website.
